CONTROLLED BURNS
Sometimes you will need to burn grass, bush piles or stubble. Please be sure you are well-prepared and that you have fire guards in place. These “controlled burns” must be reported to avoid dispatching firefighters unnecessarily."

FALSE ALARM POLICY
Our False Alarm Policy is as follows:
There is a charge of $250.00 for each false alarm responded to if no fire equipment is dispatched to the call. When fire equipment is dispatched from the fire hall, a fee to cover actual expenses of the call may be charged.
The fees as stated will be charged following
the first false alarm call in a 12-month period.
